We are super excited to welcome new officemates to our Redfern office.
The Australian Conservation Foundation has moved in to open an office here in Sydney.
For those who don’t know them, ACF is an independent advocacy group that raise awareness about environmental damage and campaign for change.
Their current campaigns are focused on: scrapping the highly controversial and potentially damaging Adani mine; encouraging all Australians to have a conversation about climate change; strengthening environmental protections in energy policy; and encouraging a rethink of environmental protection laws to ensure biodiversity.
It’s great to have them in the hood, and there has been plenty of fascinating lunchtable conversations about their work and campaigns already.
