Staffing news from the Sydney team

We’ve recently welcomed Alice Hatton and Thom Smyth to our producing team!

Alice Hatton returns to Performing Lines after a short stint with the company in mid-2019. Alice brings with her a wealth of experience from previous roles with Australian Theatre for Young People, Performance Space, and Sydney Opera House.

Over the last year, we have been supporting Thom Smyth’s professional development, including supporting him to undertake placements with Vitalstatistix, Performance Space and a research trip to IETM Campus, Greece, and Santarcangelo Festival, Italy.

We are delighted to announce he will be joining the Producing team after 6 years as the company’s Marketing Manager.

“Thom is a highly respected team member who garners strong support in the sector – a measure of his passion and dedication to ground-breaking new work.”

Alice joined the team earlier this year and Thom will take on this new role in late March.
