Staying Covid Safe

Staying COVID Safe

Stay home if unwell | Stay 1.5 apart | Bring a mask

We are so excited to welcome you back to our shows! The venue experience may be a little different for the time being, but we are so grateful to gather together again.

This is how your trip to Betty Grumble’s Enemies of Grooviness Eat Shit will work.

Before you leave home

Pack your mask – we strongly encourage you to wear a mask. We want to see your beautiful mask designs!

If you’re feeling unwell in any way, please stay at home and get tested as soon as you can. For a list of testing clinics, click here>> Don’t worry about your tickets – you can transfer them to a friend, or request a refund if you are feeling unwell.

Need to buy a reusable mask? You can access a list of Sydney local Inner West suppliers here>>

When you arrive

Get your tickets ready on your phone – we have a fully digital, contactless ticketing system. Pull up your tickets and boost your screen brightness to max.

Put on your mask and grab some hand sanitiser.

At the Box Office, we will check your temperature and scan in your ticket/s.

You will then need to sign in as a condition of entry – this can be done on your phone or on the paper form just inside box office. This information is destroyed after 28 days.

Conditions of Entry

Please note, we are NOT ABLE to permit you entry if:

  • Your temperature remains higher than 37.5 degrees
  • You are displaying Covid-19 symptoms
  • You have been in contact with someone with a confirmed case of Covid-19
  • You have had a test and are awaiting results
  • You do not wish to register your details

Your tickets can be transferred to a different night, to a friend, or refunded in these circumstances.

In the venue

Head on in and find yourself somewhere to sit FIRST. Our usher is here to help, and you’ll need to be seated at all times unless you’re getting a drink. Seats are arranged in groups of 4, 3, 2 or solo. Please select one appropriate to your group size.

We know it’s hard, but you are not allowed to mingle. Patrons at all venues in NSW are required by law to be seated. You can grab a drink at the bar, but you must return to your seat. Drinks will be available throughout the performance and up to an hour after show time

Enjoy the show!

We are thrilled to be able to present the world premiere of Betty Grumble’s new show for you, and are so grateful you are joining us. We hope you enjoy the show.
